Soft Skills (measurement) in a digital era

Soft skills like communicating and leadership are usually measured in roleplays, questionnaires and sometimes by using the 360 degree feedback method. Although these methods offer advantages, they are often time-consuming and costly. A more contemporary way of assessing soft skills like leadership is by using game-based assessments.

Digital assessment

DEVELOP’s game-based leadership assessment captures behavioural elements in such a way that it is related to actual behaviour. It is an appealing and cost-effective way to assess your leadership skills. The game can make a distinction between a player’s disposition (intention to act) and behaviour. This is a crucial element in both determining potential, and the effort needed to get the player up to par.
