DEVELOP is participating at the Earli Sig 27 conference in Oulu, Finland, 29th November - 1st December 2016. Mirjam Neelen will present a poster on Supporting Career Development Through Transversal Competency Assessment. Mirjam is a Sr. Learning Experience Designer at the Learnovate Centre, Trinity College Dublin, one of the DEVELOP partners.
The theme of the 2016 Conference of the Earli Special Interest Group 27 is “Processes matter – Measures, Analysis and Applications for Tracing Learning”. The theme reflects an interest in the state-of-the-art and upcoming approaches to measure the process of learning, innovative solutions to analyse data, while also offering the opportunity to think about and discuss how the developing understanding can be used to design applications for supporting learning processes.
The DEVELOP project aims to pioneer the use of personalization tools, competency assessment, social network analysis, and artificial intelligence (AI) planning for learning environments to support career development. More at: www.develop-project.eu.
