In recent years, companies also have to fight over people. So talent attraction and retention has become the most crucial bet that companies have to win every single day.
The project member Mirjam Neelen reports on the EARLI special interest group (SIG) 27 conference. The conference deals with online and more objective measures of learning processes. The idea is that learning processes are very important to understand because learning is an on-going process leading to an outcome.
